Slideshow Setup: Display Screens and Web Embeds
A live slideshow shows new photos on a screen as they upload: lobby TVs, sponsor screens, a projector at the party.

Open it in a full-screen browser on whatever drives the screen: a laptop on the projector, a signage player, or a small PC behind a TV.
SettingsIn the event's Slideshow tool:
- Transition: Fade / Dissolve, Slide, or Grid Mosaic
- Delay: 1 to 60 seconds per photo
- Shuffle Photos and New Photos First
- Photo Source: which folders to show
- Background Mode: Solid Color, Photo Blur, or Custom Image
- Event logo, guest names, and a Find My Photos QR code, each with a switch
Guests who opted out of the slideshow at registration are left out automatically.
From the capture appThe BrandStudio app on iPad and Mac also has a Slideshow tool, for when the device itself is plugged into the screen.
Tips- Use a wired connection for venue screens when you can
- On a multi-day event, reload the page each morning
