Event creation shows every tool

Creating an event now shows the whole toolkit: what is on for this event up top, everything you could add right below it, one tap either way. And the portal finally behaves in a half-width window.

What's new

  • The full tool catalogue is visible at event creation — no more "+ 7 more" hiding the good stuff
  • Gallery and Messaging wear an "Always on" badge instead of a toggle that never did anything
  • Apps & Tools reflows from three columns to two to one as the window narrows, instead of crushing every card
  • The white page keeps its rounded corners while you scroll, on every page in the portal
