What's new
- Upload scenes in the Backdrops panel in the portal
- Guests pick a scene on the iPad before they pose, or tap "Take Normal Photo" to skip it
- The background removal runs on the iPad itself, about 0.6 seconds a photo on an M1 iPad
- On the iPad's own camera, guests see themselves in the scene, with your overlay, while they pose
- Clean cut-out edges and a soft shadow, so the guest sits in the scene
- The scene picker matches the photo's shape, uses your brand colour, and takes its heading from the portal
- If background removal runs slow, the guest gets a plain photo instead of waiting
- Put your own overlay on the "Take Normal Photo" tile
